[2023-12-19] The latest version of PowerUSER is required to connect to new inverters. For more information see the below link:https://danfosseditron.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/5045659438877-EC-C1200-hardware-modifications-and-required-actions-due-to-it- |
If the device is not reachable via its control source (CAN/IO/Serial port) or PowerUSER, the following should be checked:
- Software: Make sure that you have the latest version of PowerUSER software
- Cables: make sure that the communication cable is properly attached from both ends.
- 24 V: the low voltage supply's output should be checked, as well as the LV cables and their attachment. Additionally, you can measure the input current of the inverter 24 V feed to determine if the inverter is operational (current ~ 300 - 500 mA with 24 V input).
- CAN termination: CAN cable termination resistors should be measured.
- Firmware version: this can be checked from an old parameter backup with PowerUSER if a direct connection can't be formed. More info here.
